Happy to have found you! I have recently given up most meat proteins (pescatarian) and have adopted a mostly vegetarian lifestyle. Also, being diabetic, recipes and ingredients had to change drastically. Your recipes look easy, tasty and healthy! I will be coming back often!! Thank you for what you do!
