Hi Tanya, please check out the specific oats recipe you’d like to make. You’ll find the fiber amounts in the nutrition card there.
In general I’d say you’d be looking at around 11g fibre per serving with these sizes. I hope this helps 🙂

I just started making my own overnight oats as opposed to buying them. I am experimenting with recipes and different flavors. Has anyone tried bananas and Nutella yet? I also came across honey infused with chille peppers.
