Thanks so much for these quick healthy potato ideas! I sometimes microwave a sweet potato at work, but will enjoy trying these other recipes with white potatoes too – especially the veggie king . I live in the US and often use a cloth bag called “Potato Express” to microwave potatoes. Not sure if it’s available in Europe.

It all depends on how big your potatoes are. Medium to small, start with 5 mins and test tenderness. You don’t want to overcook. If it needs more time only do 1min at a time until ready.
