Note: We are committed to shipping healthy live plants at the ideal planting time for your zone. In order to ensure our plants are shipped at the optimal conditions, we regularly adjust our shipping timeframes as needed. The below table reflects our current estimate of timing for rose, live plant and bulb shipping this season.

The first available shipping dates are not guaranteed. We take weather conditions (heat, etc.) into consideration, and we ship your plants at the optimal time to ensure the best condition possible upon arrival.
Shipping & Handling Information
- Live plants are processed, packed, and shipped at the proper planting time for your region.
- Allow 2-5 business days for processing prior to shipment.
- An order cannot be cancelled once it has been prepared for shipping.
- Accessories and hard goods orders are packed and shipped within 7 to 10 days.
- Your credit card is billed at time of shipment.
- Your order may arrive in separate boxes. This will not affect your total shipping charges.
- All orders are shipped FOB Origin.
Garden Fresh Express
If the product description notes “Garden Fresh Express”, we provide Express Shipping at no extra charge.
Express Shipping
Two-Day and Priority Overnight shipping via UPS are available for an additional charge for most products.
Heavy / Oversize
If an item requires added handling due to size or weight, you will see any added charge listed in the product description.
P.O. Box Shipping
Add $5.95 per item.
Alaska and Hawaii Deliveries
We send orders to these states using Express Delivery. One added day is required, and we charge $20 extra per shipment.
Canada and Foreign Deliveries
We cannot ship to Canada, Internationally, or to APO / FPO addresses.
Delivery Guarantee
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given.
